Delivery Policy
Our goal is to deliver your ordered flags quickly, safely and with high quality. Delivery is carried out throughout Georgia by courier service. Orders are sent in safe packaging so that the products are not damaged during transportation.
Delivery time depends on location and is usually 1–3 business days. Delivery charges are determined by address and exact information will be provided at the checkout stage.

Return and Exchange Policy
It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with the flag you purchase. If you change your mind after receiving your order or the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it or exchange it in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions.
Products can be returned within 1 business day of receipt, provided that the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition. Flags made with individual designs and branding are not eligible for return or exchange, except in the event of a manufacturing defect.
Refunds or product exchanges will be processed after inspection. Our goal is for every customer to purchase products safely and with confidence.
